This property is exclusively offered to residents over the age of 55 who enjoy independent living, with additional 24/7 alarm monitoring service, and a dedicated manager for the scheme. Benefits include a wet room, double glazing, gas heating, communal garden, lift, pets with permission, laundry room and guest room. Please note that in the event of the lift not working residents must be able to use the stairs. Rent is charged monthly. Up to one month's rent will be expected in advance at the sign up. We provide decoration vouchers to new customers if required. Priority to some mobility applicants.
