How to reset your password
On the Sussex Homemove page click on ‘forgotten password or security details’ which is located at the bottom of the page
From the fields below, only enter one then match the captcha and then click on the reset details button.
from the screenshot below, you can reset your password by inputting your personal details such as name, date of birth and the security Q&A
once done enter the captcha then click on the reset details button
You will then receive an email which will instruct you to click on the link to reset
You will then be able to reset your password or security details
