How to upload documents - see screenshots below

 

When a customers application is in a status that is not LIVE for example awaiting further information, suspended, removed, change of circumstances waiting, they will NOT be able to log in to customer bidding site to bid.

 

For the applicant to be able to add documents, complete a change of circumstances form or click on the documents tab in customer portal

Log in to the customer portal with your household id, password and security Q&A

In the top left corner it says 'My documents'

By clicking on this you will be able to upload documents

or you can click on Report a Change of Circumstance and then towards the end of the form also upload documents that way too
 

Entering the household identification, password, security question, and answer as you can see the applicant is able to enter the account and you can see there is no a problem accessing the account.

- There the applicant will be able to add documents.

- Complete a change of circumstances.
