Overview
Pearsons Almshouse let on a Letter of Appointment to people over 50 years old. Priority may be given to applicants who require ground floor accommodation who can manage a BATH with shower above.
Ground floor studio bungalow (good size combined living / bedroom ) with separate kitchen and storage shed - property only suitable for a single person. Double glazing and own front door.
Communal garden – pets discussed at application. No permission will be given for any dogs listed under the Dangerous dogs act (including XL bully).
Amenity charge £26.07 a week (payable to Worthing Homes) for communal heating and hot water. Own water bill with Southern Water.
Limited residents parking. Close to East Worthing beach, shops, amenities and local transport.

An application may be declined if it is deemed that the level of support they require would seriously undermine Worthing Homes ability to support the other residents in a scheme.
