Overview
Priority will be given to applicants who require a ground floor property who can manage a couple of steps and a bath.
Identity Documents (preferably photographic) & rent in advance required. Property is unfurnished; no white goods are provided. Tenants to provide their own flooring and decorating (if a previous resident leaves good condition furnishings these may be gifted).
