Overview

Any applicant will need to evidence sustaining a tenancy independently within the last two years for a period of at least 12 months, (credit reports, landlord references & rent statements will be required).   • working full-time, or
  • receiving a regular top-up to your Universal Credit (for example, part-time wages, PIP, or disability premiums)
