Overview
Priority will be given to applicants who require ground floor accommodation with a wet room. Identity Documents (preferably photographic) & rent in advance required. Let on a starter tenancy which will be converted to an assured tenancy after 12 months (unless current secure tenant) if there are no tenancy breaches during that time. Property is unfurnished; no white goods are provided. Tenants to provide their own flooring and decorating (if a previous resident leaves good condition furnishings these may be gifted).
In order for our tenants to successfully maintain their tenancies, we are only able to progress applications from single under 25s who are either working full-time or receiving a regular top-up to their Universal Credit — for example, part-time wages, PIP, or disability premiums.
Lounge with patio doors leading to a the communal gardens –pets discussed at application. Permission will not be given in any circumstances to keep any dog listed as dangerous as defined by the Dangerous Dogs Act including XL Bully.
