Overview

Priority will be given to applicants who require ground floor accommodation with a wet room. Identity Documents (preferably photographic) & rent in advance required. Property is unfurnished; no white goods are provided. Tenants to provide their own flooring and decorating (if a previous resident leaves good condition furnishings these may be gifted).

Anyone can place a bid regardless of age. However, if you are under 25, we can only progress your application if you are a single applicant and either:

  • working full-time, or
  • receiving a regular top-up to your Universal Credit (for example, part-time wages, PIP, or disability premiums)

Lounge with patio doors leading to a the communal gardens, pets discussed at application. Sorry no dogs due to restrictions on the block. Permission will not be given in any circumstances to keep any dog listed as dangerous as defined by the Dangerous Dogs Act including XL Bully.

Nominated applicants benefit from a helpful online affordability check where the following evidence is required - proof of income (wage slip or benefit award letter), 1 months’ worth of recent bank statements for all accounts, list of outgoings (weekly or monthly).
