Central Hove - close to all local amenities and transport links plus the seafront. Communal TV aerial and door entry system. Storage shed available. All applicants are required to participate in a telephone affordability and vulnerability assessment where the following evidence is required - ID for all that will live in the property, proof of income (wage slip or benefit award letter), rent Statement showing 6 months’ rent payments, 1 months’ worth of recent bank statements for all accounts, list of outgoings (weekly or monthly).
