Rent in advance required. Property is unfurnished, no white goods are provided. Tenants to provide their own flooring and decorating.

Anyone can place a bid regardless of age. However, if you are under 25, we can only progress your application if you are a single applicant and either:

  • working full-time, or
  • receiving a regular top-up to your Universal Credit (for example, part-time wages, PIP, or disability premiums)

Ground floor - priority may be given to applicants who would benefit from ground floor accommodation who use a shower above bath and can manage communal doors.

Nominated applicants benefit from an online affordability and vulnerability assessment where the following evidence is required - ID for all that will live in the property, proof of income (wage slip or benefit award letter), landlords reference (if applicable), 1 months’ worth of recent bank statements for all accounts, list of outgoings (weekly or monthly). Applications cannot be progressed without this information.
