Nominated applicants benefit from a helpful online affordability and vulnerability assessment where the following evidence is required - ID for all that will live in the property, proof of income (wage slip or benefit award letter), landlords reference (if applicable), 1 months’ worth of recent bank statements for all accounts, list of outgoings (weekly or monthly). This stage is followed by a Lifestyle Assessment.
