Nominated applicants benefit from a helpful telephone affordability and vulnerability assessment where the following evidence is required - ID for all that will live in the property, proof of income (wage slip or benefit award letter), landlords reference (if applicable), 1 months’ worth of recent bank statements for all accounts, list of outgoings (weekly or monthly).

Residents also benefit from an onsite caretaker (office hours) & access to a Housing Support Officers who can help with completing forms, claiming benefits, referring to outside agencies and social services and GP’s. Optional social activities & communal lounge.

An applicant may be declined if it is deemed that the level of support they need would seriously undermine Worthing Homes ability to support the other residents in the scheme. Guest room available for adult visitors at a nominal charge by prior arrangement.
