We will consider offers on the follow households;

• Age 55+, couple that cannot share room for medical reasons with a live in carer who stays more than 3 or more nights a week

• Age 50+, couple that cannot share room for medical reasons with a live in carer who stays more than 3 nights per week, with one of the household in receipt of DLA or PIP.

• Single person Age 55+ who has live in carer that stays 3 or more nights a week and has medical equipment that needs to be stored on site

• Single person age 50+ who has live in carer that stays 3 or more nights a week and has medical equipment that needs to be stored in site, in receipt of DLA or PIP

Please note that the property has a flight of stairs which is unable to have a stairlift fitted. There are currently no further adaption in this property. The property has access to communal facilities and is extremely close to the beach and a bus stop.
